I was wondering if posting it to the premium forum improse the response to a question. Regardless, how do I become a premium member?

Yes... if you have a support subscription... The coolite team would be able to respond to you much quicker than in other Forums. Also remember, the best way to get the resolution is to provide a proper test sample.
