Can we use coolite v. 0.8.2 and v1.0 in same web application?

hi,i want to develop web application with new coolite v.1.0(ext.net) components, but i have got many exist developed application with coolite v. 0.8.2. Can we use coolite v. 0.8.2 and v1.0(ext.net) in same web project? ext.net v. 1.0 is new dll and new namespace created. i try to use coolite dlls and ext.net dlls in same project. when i run project, Newtonsoft.Json.dll version error. can be some solution together with coolite v0.8.2 and ext.net1.0 in same web application?

i am evaluating coolite so first i started to use v0.8 and after i moved in to 1.0 in that i tried a lot to use both in same project
but its having open issues in json reader so i cant use.. i think so you have to use separately...
