Recover values in selected items GridPanel

Hi,

In my MVC application I want to implement an Aviable/Selected item selection like the one show in Two Grids Ext.NET Examples Explorer.

I add two grids into the FormPanel of my View. My problem is how to get the items added to the selected GridPanel from my action in the Controller where FormPanel is submited?

I try to look inside Request.Params but no values are comming...

Is it possible to get these values from an MVC application?

May I use extra-params to get GridPanel items from a Controller?

Could I get items Ids in client and fill a hidden field in form to get these values from my Controller?

There exists some way to perform this?
