Validation error not clears in window load + ext.net 1.0

hi

in my MVC Project....


i added this screen as model window (user control) ....


when i click save button means required field validation occurs..


once afer closed this screen ... again if i open this screen means
it shows the previous error message as long as..


i need to clear this error messages and control values on window loading .. is it possible?


help me to fix this issue...


herewith i enclosed my .asax file and error image... find all attachments....
