Desktop menu and trigger
Hi All
On my desktop I have a triggerfield linked by the ElementMenuItem to the Menu. When the user clicks on the trigger icon it does some validation on what is entered in the field and if valid it opens another desktop window. The problem is the desktop menu stays open after I've opened the new window. I need the desktop menu to hide similar to the hideonclick method.
I cannot use the hideonclick method because when you click in the triggerfield it hides the menu and the info required cannot be entered. I need to hide the menu with javascript.
Any suggestion would be welcome
