Need Help to generate a Pivot table like structure using Gridpanel

Hi,
I have to develop a report as attached in the screenshot. Actually, this is a pivot(cross tab or Matrix) report.
I wish to know, is it possible to develop a pivot like structure using gridpanel.
please suggest.
