First I just want to say that you have done a great job with Coolite. It works great, is easy to implement and simple to set up.

A few questions:
What is in the pipe? Will we see a layout control? Tabcontrols and other stuff that ext.js currently supports?
It would be great to be able to create something like this with coolite.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to hear your first experience with our controls went well. [high-five]

The answer to everyone's question about whether Coolite is going to support this Ext widget or that Ext widget, is a huge yes!! The complete ExtJS library (and more) will ultimately be available as Coolite ASP.NET web controls. We have a dedicated development team in place and we're not stopping.

We had hoped to launch with support for several additional controls, but dealing with baggage from Visual Studio design-time support and nuances of the ASP.NET framework did slow us down a bit. But, things are progressing steadily.

As I write this, the Grid, ViewPort and TabPanel are being built. The TreeView, Menu and most everything else will follow-up close behind. I do not have a time-frame as to when each will be publicly available, although we will not be releasing any controls until I'm personally satisfied with their quality. Every control will have FULL Visual Studio Design-Time support.

The Complex Layout sample you linked to will be trivial to create.
