how to load data to grid panel in page load

i have u used store + grid panel for data displaying ..but i face a trouble to load data to grid panel on page load....
may i know got anybody know how to load data to grid panel in page load instead of use "on refresh store" ...

Why you need to use like that
You could use datasource to add data to store and then set your gridpanel's StoreID property to that id of above store
