Virtual scrolling on gridpanel

please support virtual scrolling in grid similar to livegrid.

It is very attractive feature for web applications. For ASP.Net
applications it is easier to use coolite than extjs (or
ext.ux.livegrid).With extjs we need to use javascript for creating
controls and rendering t as there is no tag library support.
