[CLOSED] System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission

when I add Coolite.Ext.Web.dll to the bin folder I get this error.I happened with both 8.1 and 8.2. It was working fine with 8.1 but after I moved 8.2 dll I get this error and I tried to go back to 8.1 but I still get the same error

System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

I got it fixed. I was drug and drop to copy those files between 2 server and the dll kept pointing to the old server.
