Draggable Window fails in FireFox is page is Scrolled
I have a simple window:
This window works wonderful in all browsers when the page loads. However in firefox, when you scroll down that page at all you can no longer drag the window. (or any other window, as this is actually a stripped down window as you can see) I have a live example that you can see this at http://app1.iagt.org/dotnetnuke/MapPlugin.aspx
Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this or how to eliminate firefox (just kidding firefox lovers :o) )
