Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'Ext' is undefined

Application works fine in all browsers on windows xp.

When we try to execute same application on windows 7 gets JavaScript error

?<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'Ext' is undefined[/B] ?in IE 8 browser .
