    [CLOSED] [1.0] Border Layout/Portal issue

I have a page that has a Border Layout with a Portal in the North region and a some temp content in the Center region (there are only two regions in the portal).

The portal is in Column layout with 3 columns that are a width of .33 each. The North region is 300 pixels in height. The North splitter is turned on (Split="true"). We have 3 portlets in each column with a height of 200 pixels each (yes, not all portlets are seen without moving the splitter). The portal AutoScroll is set to true.

The problem is that the Scrollbar doesn't show up unless you: 1) Resize the browser window, 2) move the splitter. It doesn't show up when the page is first hit.

How do I fix this issue?

    Hi,

Can you post a code of that configuration?

    Hi state,

Just wondering if you can post a code sample demonstrating how to reproduce this issue?

Calling a client-side .doLayout() on the Portal should solve the problem.

Ops... sorry, I forgot to post... yes, a doLayout() fixed the issue.

    Thanks.
