    EXT.NET Core and EXT.NET 4/5

    Hello all,

Assuming EXT.NET Core becomes available later on, how will licensing work?
Is it safe to assume that if one already holds a EXT.NET 4 or 5 license, ASP.NET core will be added on in a similar fashion to Web Forms and MVC as a 3rd option without having to pay for a separate license?

    Best Regards.

Ext.NET for .NET Core will likely be released as Ext.NET 6.0, but that is still not 100% confirmed.

Anyone purchasing the new Ext.NET 5 Pro license will receive a free upgrade to Ext.NET for .NET Core once available.

An Ext.NET 4.x version with .NET Core support will not be available.

We do not have a timeframe for the release of Ext.NET for .NET Core, but we're working on it and will make a public announcement once a preview is available.

    Hope this helps.

Ext.NET for ASP.NET Core 3.1 is now available.

Going forward, there will be three separate editions of Ext.NET, Legacy, Modern, and Classic.
