[CLOSED] NUGet Fails on brand new webforms project

brand new NuGet project.

went to manage Nuget. searched ext. clicked install for 4.2.1 and got that error.

Thank you very much for the report!

I am afraid this is not an Ext.NET related issue. Please check these stackoverflow threads, they all point towards an outdated version of the NuGet package manager.

- NuGet: 'X' already has a dependency defined for 'Y'
- NuGet Package Manager: 'AutoMapper' already has a dependency defined for 'Microsoft.CSharp'
- 'Serilog' already has a dependency defined for 'Microsoft.CSharp'

Good news is that you should be able to easily upgrade the NuGet package manager thru the extensions interface of Visual Studio 2012. The questions above themselves indicate how you can upgrade the NuGet package manager, but if in doubt I'm sure a google search will bring you good results on how to upgrade it.

Ok. I already upgraded to 2.8.3 to no avail.

NuGet Package Manager version 2.8.3 won't take you much far, I'm afraid.

Package Manager Console Host Version 4.1.0.2427

This is on my Visual Studio 2017, but the version of the package manager shouldn't be much different among versions.
