[CLOSED] Multi upload control is asking for Updation of flash Player

Hello,

We have used Multi Upload control in our application. Recently, the pages where we have used this control are not opening properly and it is giving us this message "Something went wrong while loading File Upload. Update Flash Player".

This has been working file for all this while. Why this control has dependency on Flash Player.

Please find attached screen shot for the same.

Hello @pavanpokkunuri!

Flash player is required in order to use the MultiUpload component!

If you are receiving this message the most likely reason is you don't have flash installed on your browser. I believe chrome used to come with flash pre-installed and recently it ceased providing the extension. You will have to install flash to use this component or use the FileUploadField component.

Flash is required because there is no way in with the browsers JavaScript API to enable multi-selection. The browser will allow for one file only. Using Flash is a technique to work around that limitation.
