How i can put a viewport in specific area on the page

Hi dears friends,

I have a website with a master page where contain some objects and i to want post a viewport in the specific area on the page. How i can do this.

A Viewport is a container that will fill the whole browser window (full height and full width) and cannot be rendered into only a specific region.
