[CLOSED] Renew Premium Support

Hello,

Our premium support has expired since 10/02/2017 but I have some questions for renewing:

1- if we renew only when we need it (next time we need support).
i.e. can we postpone the renewal till we need it. which means can we renew it immediately when we need it.

2- how quick will it get renewed ? immediately? And we can get the support immediately?

3- will the support year start from the date-time of NEW renewal OR from OLD expiry date?

You can renew when need require, but if you renew within one year after the original expiry, we start the renewal from the orignal expiry. After one year of expiry, we do not allow renew and a new Ext.NET Enterprise purchase would be required.

2- how quick will it get renewed ? immediately? And we can get the support immediately?

Same day. We have a manual step to approve the transaction, but this generally happens within minutes of the transaction being placed.
