    Extending license

    Hello

Our license will expire soon, can we extend the license?

One additional question is - if we can extend the license, does it make any difference if we do it right after license expires or for example half a year later?

    Thanks
    Jiri

    Hi Jiri,

Your Ext.NET License Key does not expire. It is perpetual.

You are licensed for all minor releases of that license key. For example, if you have an Ext.NET 4.x license key, you are licensed for Ext.NET 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and all 4.? releases.

The Premium Support subscription is separate and can be renewed annually. As you get closer to your renewal date, a notice to renew will be emailed. Your License Key does not expire if you choose not to renew your Premium Support subscription.

Hope this helps answer your questions.

    Hello
    Thanks for answers

We are interested to prolongue license (of course I can't speak for 100% for my manager, but I would like to beat for it :-))

Two questions (and I think answer is yes to both, not sure about second)
The price of extending subscription will come together with that email?
If Ext.NET 5 is released and we have active premium subcription, will we be licensed for that too?

    Thanks
    Jiri

    Hello,

The price of extending subscription will come together with that email?
Yes. The price will be included in the email. The current Premium Support subscription renewal rate is $1499 USD per annum.

If Ext.NET 5 is released and we have active premium subcription, will we be licensed for that too?
No. Free upgrades to the next Major version of Ext.NET are not included. If you are a valid Premium Support subscription member, an upgrade discount will be available.

Hope this helps answer your questions.
