[FIXED] [#1318] [4.1.0] HyperlinkButton fails on IE-11

Hello

Check the "HyperlinkButton" on IE-11, it opens a new tab saying "Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm# is correct."

We can duplicate the issue on the example explorer too. https://examples4.ext.net/#/Buttons/...perlinkButton/

Works fine on Firefox browser.

Version: Ext.Net 4.0

The issue has been fixed in the sources and will be included into the upcoming 4.1.0 release.
