How to keep selected rows over multiple pages in checkbox selection model?

hi,
i have a checkbox grid with paging toolbar.

when i select a few rows on page 1,and then go to page 2, selected rows on page 1 are deselected.
what do i do?

i use ext.net mvc 2.0
