    [CLOSED] Can Ext.Net go offline?

    Hi All,

HTML 5 allows to run web pages offline.

    The question is:
    Can Ext.Net go offline?

If yes, would you provide an example of a manifest file for ext.net site?

    Thank you.

    Hi @rbtceo,

Year ago @mitchellsimoens stated in this post:

This isn't really an error, more of the microloader not fully supporting the appcache and offline apps yet.
I am pretty sure ExtJS doesn't support it yet.

Just curious, how it is worth for you to use an Ext.NET application offline? I mean without interaction with server. It looks like Ext.NET is mostly useful with intense interaction with server. I would appreciate if you share the experience.

We decided to use jquery instead of Ext.Net.

Thank you for the update. Though, my question is also actual for jQuery.

It will be a mobile app that supports off-line mode.
Interaction with a server: web services.
