[OPEN] [#787] Ext.NET Minification

I would like to suggest to you improve Ext.NET minification by mangling function parameters on "release" scripts.

If you take a look on both inputmask-debug.js and inputmask.js (\Ext.Net\Build\Ext.Net\ux\inputmask) or on extnet-ux-debug.js and extnet-ux.js (\Ext.Net\Build\Ext.Net\ux) you will notice that parameters could be mangled, what would improve the performance and reduce cost.
