Please, why does my auto created tabs disappear when I post back ?

Please ensure you recreate your controls on each request. This is a "feature" of ASP.NET.

If you add a Tab during a PostBack, such as during a Button Click event, you must ensure the Tab is also re-created on each subsequent PostBack.
