    Commercial or community for charity

    Hi

I work for a charitable organisation and I've been tasked to develop a system that can track items and record item history. The application will mainly be used internally - on site - but there is scope for it to be used offsite as well. The confusion I'm facing is that we will need to provide access to the system to other organisations which aren't on the charities payroll. This access will not be charged and will be used to administer the items. My question is, will the community license be sufficient for my needs or will I need to upgrade to the commercial license?

    Many thanks

RE: Commercial or community for charity

    Hi Ash,

Within the licenses (Community vs Professional) there is no distinction of use for charitable organizations. There is also no distinction of whether you choose to charge access for your system or not.

If you require any further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask and I'll be happy to assist.

    Hope this helps.
