    [CLOSED] Pivot Grid

I would like to inform that Pivot Grid has just been released. It would be nice to have such functionality in Ext.NET.

    Example: http://cdn.sencha.com/pivot-grid/3.6.0/

    Key features (by Sencha)
    • Add basic Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities to web applications
    • Aggregate multi-dimensional data in web applications built using Ext JS Grids
    • Automatically sort, count, average, or total data and summarize results
    • Analyze data in web applications in an Excel-like manner
    • Visualize data from Sencha Pivot Grid using Ext JS Charts

    Hi Raphael,

I see this in the examples' sources.
    <script src="../../mzPivotGrid-all.js"></script>
So, it appears to be based on:
    http://www.mzsolutions.eu/mzPivotGrid.html

Also the example uses ExtJS 4.2.1. They are working on ExtJS 5 and release something for ExtJS 4... It looks a little bit unlikely:)

Please clarify have you seen any blog post, forum thread or something about releasing that by Sencha?

Hi guys sorry for interfering, but previously I also found this link and post to forum http://forums.ext.net/showthread.php...l=1#post211222 .

and to day I visit http://www.mzsolutions.eu/ and see

so is it possible for you guys(Ext.net team) ,to add Pivot grid as a new component in ext .net (2.x and 3.x).

As far as I can understand Sencha delivers it as a separate product. I am afraid it is not going to be included to Ext.NET. Hopefully, the situation will change in a while.

Thank you Daniil. Please mark this thread as closed.

I will update this thread once i notice any change regarding pivot grid.

Daniil, do you have plans to add Pivot Grid as a part of Ext.NET?

I took a look on sencha's licensing / pricing and it has a specific item for Pivot Grid, so i am not sure if Ext.NET users could use it with no additional licensing.

It is something that we have taken into account, but no specific plans yet.

In my understanding it is a separate product, i.e. not a part of ExtJS and, respectively, not a part of Ext.NET. If it appears in Ext.NET ever, then it is also going to be a separate product according to Sencha licensing.

I agree. Daniil, thank you for your considerations.

Pivot Grid is a part of Ext.Js https://www.sencha.com/blog/announci...ha-pivot-grid/

But with a different license option

    I also agree.
