Thank you for all the information and screenshots (by the way, it might be better to attached it as images, not pdf). Unfortunately, I don't quite have any ideas and suggestions.

It looks it is a case when providing us with a test case to reproduce the problem is a way to go. Yes, I understand it might be not so easy to create such a test case, but it is the fastest way that we can come up with a solution. This instruction might help.
