grid with grouping and checkbox selection

hi there, i have a grid similar to this one which vladimir demonstrated here http://forums.ext.net/showthread.php?1295, a grid panel with a grouping view and a checkbox selection model, the problem is that in IE, i'm wondering why the grouping collapses whenever you check a row... i am using IE 8 and coolite revision 1905
