What's difference between Ext.NET.MVC and EXT.NET.MVC5

I found that in Nuget there are two versions of Ext.Net MVC 3.0

Actually, no difference.

We just have Ext.NET.MVC4 and Ext.NET.MVC5 for consistency.

For example, once MVC 6 appears and the Ext.NET.MVC package will have an MVC 6 built, we will already have a MVC5 package.
