in september I bought a 1 year premium support, now I want to buy before 31/12 the single developer 3.x license but I cannot find the "only license" package.

    Could you help me?

P.S: I posted on this thread because maybe other users have the same question.

    Thanks

    2. The lack of reponses in this thread is a bad thing, can only mean your active user base is not big
Lots of discussions regarding that topic are happening via email.

    Hi,
we have a premium support for two years that will expire at 10/28/2016.
If we buy an upgrade the premium support will be valid for 3.x ?
    Thank you very much

    Yes, correct.

Because you already have a valid Premium Support subscription, you do not require another. You can purchase just the Ext.NET 3 license and your existing Premium Support will continue until the original expiry date.

Hope this helps answer your question.

Buy EXT.NET to get a single user EXT/JS license

Hi, my understanding is that if I purchase a Ext.NET license it includes a commercial license for EXT/JS 5.0.1 (as per http://ext.net/download/#version). At the moment you are still selling single developer licenses, but Sencha is not. Can I buy a single developer license for Ext.NET and legally use this for EXT/JS development without Ext.NET. Will I be entitled to upgrades for EXT/JS? I am looking for two licenses.

    Thanks
    Gabe

    No.

You are licensed to use the included commercial release of Ext JS only when used in conjunction with Ext.NET.

Basically, if you're using Ext.NET in an ASP.NET application (MVC or Web Forms), and have an <ext:ResourceManager> on the Page, then you're good to go.

Hope this helps answer your question.

I just returned from a break of 10 days.

But I just read that I will put in the toilet three months of work!

I am a single developer and in the month of September 2014 I got a new job that I quoted in Euro 5000.

Now I find that I have to pay $ 3,500 for the license !!!!

    MADNESS!

If among one years Sencha decides to sell his license to 1 million dollars?
This will not be a guarantee of reliability.
    This is not correct!
    Shit!

I'm considering switching to another tool for development, for example DevExpress ... I'll have to rewrite all the code and I will make a bad impression on my client.

This is an enormous loss for you guys, too...

    Hi @Mario
    Happy new year.
I am a single developer and in the month of September 2014 I got a new job
Ext.net team announced the price and license related change end of November, you can find here and also they mailed every user (I think) for up-gradation with some discount .

This is an enormous loss for you guys, too...
I think this is not correct to blem them.

    Hi @matrixwebtech,

I was misunderstood (sorry for my english).

This is an enormous loss for you guys, too...
I meant that this will create major problems even at the EXT.NET team because many users will migrate to other Framework.

However such radical changes should be announced at least one year's notice (a year before) ... here are people who have made investments ... I am one of those.

The guilt is not in the EXT.NET team (which goes all my thanks) but Sencha.

Sencha is was very unfair with its members ... and even more with its partners.

But now what's done is done... I try to minimize my losses.
