Please clarify do you deal with the SVN branch 3?

As for those references, the Ext.Net.csproj is manually edited (not by Visual Studio UI) to support multiple build modes with different .NET and MVC versions. I think Visual Studio doesn't handle that correctly.

Does the build fail actually?

Currently, the "trunk" contains the latest of Ext.NET v2.

"branches/3" contains the latest of Ext.NET v3.

Do you mean that the Ext.NET build fails? What is the Exception/Error message? Could you, please, provide a screenshot, maybe?

We believe this error is related to a recent update by Microsoft, see

For some reason they updated the GAC version number reference of MVC 3 from 3.0.0.0 to 3.0.0.1.

We are working on a fix or work-around for this problem and will push to Svn right away.

V3 operation itself is good.
But put v3 build Ext.Net.dll in my project in error
The project has been using V2
