How to getchanges from Gridpanel and update database (objectdatasource)

Hi,
Can anyone help me on this please?
I am editing my data in a gridpanel and using (Gridpanel.save()) method to save changes to the Store. But how I can commit these changes to the main database?

Can I loop through Gridpanel Rows?
Can I get only those records that changed?
