Hover and double-click event on Panel?

Is this possible? I want to be able to provide a hover effect for a panel and respond to double click-event to call an AjaxMethod.

Any help would be appreciated.

just over the body of the Panel, or including the title bar, footer and borders?

Capturing these events might be problematic if you have 'stuff' in the Panel, like form fields.

Just the body, because in this case, it will not have a header. The contents of the body will probably be an HTML table with some labels, no editable controls. There will be some clickable images though, in which case I still want the hover effect of the panel.
