Unable to set property 'cssText' of undefined or null reference

I am getting error "Unable to set property 'cssText' of undefined or null reference" when running application with ext.net chart in IE 10, 9, 8, 7. However it is working fine in IE 11 and other browsers.

Please help on this. Its very very urgent.

Please simplify the code as much as you can and post as text wrapping in [CODE] tags. We should be able to copy, past and run the sample without any changes.
