How to create custom theme?

I would like to know how I can customize the color scheme of various items, such as Buttons, etc. Is it just a matter of changing some CSS or is there static images used as well for things like gradient colors, etc? I remember putting up a PHP bulletin board once and it made use of static images to represent gradient fills. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi dbassett74,

All of the structure and style of the controls are controlled by the .css file(s) and related images. The "gray" theme overrides css classes and images of the default "blue" theme.*


Everything can be changed, but it's a matter of modifying the css.*
