[CLOSED] Window in Partial Views

Hi,

I have a situation where I have a partial view and a window inside the partial view. whenever the window appears It can't be moved outside the boundaries of the partial view. and the overlay appears only on the partial view.

I want to be able to move it outside of the partial view boundaries, and make the overlay covers all the page (not only the partial view), Is there a specific property to change ?
