Toolbar menu click problem?

I don't know if this is controllable by a setting or not, but it seems the example posted at https://examples1.ext.net/#/Toolbar/...ar_with_Menus/ has a problem. When you click on a menu item that is supposed to display a sub menu, like the "Radio Options" in this particular example, it closes the menu. It should instead open the sub menu. The sub menu should open either upon hover, or click. This is standard Windows behavior. Can you let me know if this is a bug or it can be controlled via some setting? Thanks.
