Hi!
I want to start using the Calendar.
My idea is that I will store all data in my database.

The problem I have is that I can not find a similar example to start working from, and I can not find anything in the eBook.
Perhaps I have missed examples that are published?
Perhaps someone has something to share, then I would be very pleased.
Is there any documentation that covers all about Calendar?

We have two examples for WebForms and two same examples for MVC:

But the Store <=> database level should not be different as it is in the example with GridPanels. So, you could investigate GridPanel examples as well.

Perhaps someone has something to share, then I would be very pleased.

Well, the answer is yes and no. I'll try to explain. The original version of Calendar is here:

ExtJS used it at some point and incorporated to their sources. It is how it appeared in Ext.NET. Unfortunately, ExtJS doesn't support it much. I.e. they don't update the version from ext.ensible.com, so. the new functionality originally appeared on ext.ensible.com doesn't go to ExtJS and, respectively, to Ext.NET. Well, a similar situation with bugs. Bug fixes don't come from ext.ensible.com. ExtJS accepts bug reports and even open tickets for them, but, as far as I can see, it is very unlikely the bugs get fixed. We, the Ext.NET team, are trying to fix as much as possible, but sometimes we just cannot do much, because of the design. The ext.ensible.com company has reworked and redesigned the Calendar a lot. But, as I said, it didn't come in ExtJS and Ext.NET. Despite of all of that, a CalendarPanel is still quite good. Many our customers use it with pleasure and achieves their goal. Though, sometimes we have to answer like "Sorry, there is no such the functionality". And it is unlikely we add the new functionality. Especially, if it is big. But you are free to do something by yourself if needed. So, I cannot say you should or you should not use our Calendar, because I don't know all the requirements. I just wanted to make you aware of all those circumstances.

As for the documentation, the original one is here:

Though, if something is there, it doesn't mean it is in our Calendar as well. So, it needs to check. But, at least, it will give you some grasp of a Calendar. Unfortunately, we don't have such docs for our version of Calendar.
