    Ext.Net Version 1.3 it is free or not?

    It will depend on the build of the .dll.

    There were two v1.3 releases, one was Ext.NET Pro and the other Ext.NET Community. The Community build was released under an AGPL license.

    As of Ext.NET 2, we have discontinued the Community release. Only Ext.NET Pro is available now.

    therefore V1.3 Realease EXT.Net Pro it's free?

    No. Ext.NET Pro v1.3 is not free.
