[CLOSED] Editable Grid leave an alien object

While editing in the grid, I have written some javascript to take the keyboard shortcut for example Ctrl+S for saving.

When I press shortcut key to call a button, I see a textbox flying around.

any idea, how to fix it.

Please provide a sample to reproduce.

By the way, from my experience overriding browser's hot keys often causes problems. Also it might be not good for a user as well.
