[OPEN] [#362] Resizer fails when TextArea grows

As shown on the following images, the resizer location fails when TextArea grows

<ext:ResourceManager ID="ResourceManager1" runat="server" />
<ext:TextArea ID="TextArea1" Width="300" Grow="true" GrowMin="38" GrowMax="110" runat="server">
    <ResizableConfig ID="ResizableConfig1" Handles="South" runat="server" />
</ext:TextArea>

Any ideas to overcome this issue?

Sencha has opened a bug. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

I was not able to check whether it has been fixed on version 3.1.0 because the example provided above does not work on this version.
