[CLOSED] css style mess in chrome?

this situation often occurs when i use vsstudio 2012, first open the page is ok , but when i modify sth. on the aspx, then fresh the page , the style is mess.

Yes, I face it as well.

I think something is wrong with a Chrome cache. If reload a page with clearing a cache, it always helps.
