Set custom width of controls placed inside a component column of GridPanel

I want to set custom width of the controls inside a component column. Take a example of multiple editors posted on your example site. Width of the controls are set automatically according to column width but i want to set custom width to all controls.
Please help!!!

Use AutoWidthComponent=false for the column and set desired width for the component
