File Upload Field In Gridpanel

I want File Upload control in column of Grid panel in Ext.net Version 1.0 Please suggest me to solve this

I have an ImageCommandColumn in my grid, on click an upload window opens.
I use two different Icons, one shows that the record has an upload, the other shows that the record has no upload.
You can use PrepareCommand for that.

if record.data.HasUpload .....
