    ExtJS Does our License Extend?

We have a set of licenses to use Ext.NET with our ASP.NET projects. One of our systems, however was originally written in PHP and we are considering updating some of our component to utilize ExtJS. Currently some of our elements are running JQueryUI, though the amount of controls offered by their framework does not cover all our needs.

With a little bit of research we found:

[..] The Ext.NET Pro license includes the right to use the Sencha Ext JS library as a part of Ext.NET, subject to the terms of the License Agreement. You do not require a separate Sencha Ext JS Commercial License to use Ext.NET, as rights are included to use Ext JS in commercial projects when used in conjunction with Ext.NET Pro.
However, we are wondering if our license which covers ExtJS extends into using it standalone in other products? Even though we are running our PHP project in a .NET environment, it cannot be paired with EXT.NET. It can however, utilize the stand alone version of ExtJS. Does our license cover using ExtJS in separation from Ext.NET?

Your license to Ext.NET includes a commercial license to Ext JS, when used in conjunction with Ext.NET. Basically, if you include the Ext.NET ResourceManager on your Page or View, then you are licensed to use Ext JS.

The Ext JS license included with Ext.NET does not include usage of Ext JS without Ext.NET.
