Smooth scrolling with momentum with the ComboBox on touch devices

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way of achieving a smooth scrolling experience when using specially a ComboBox with several items on it.
With native controls on Windows 8 for the instance you can touch and drag then swipe up or down and the list of items will scroll in a smooth manner with an added momentum to it, this makes much easier to scroll through 50 items or more cause right now it takes several swipes to reach the bottom of the list on a Windows 8 Tablet.

Ext.Net is "based" on Sencha's Ext.Js. Sencha has Sencha Touch that is designed for "touch" devices. In other words, i think that you cannot change the default behaviour.
