Is there a utility available in the Coolite dll to convert a JSON string with multiple rows to a data table or dictionary object? Do you have a recommendation for this?

If you will see the code-behind if this example then you can see that json from grid *is converted to array of Dicttionary.

Without format of your data it is difficult to say about possibility to convert to Dictionary
