[CLOSED] Visual changes not working under Firefox

I'm using this css to change the appearance of the fieldset title:

        .x-fieldset-header-text {
            font-weight: bold;
            color: #01164b;
            font-size: 11pt;
        }

It works under IE, but not under Firefox. How to fix?
