[CLOSED] How to handle doublerowsclick on tablet iPad or Phone?

Is there a way to make it work? Tablet makes resize on double screen tap on default.

So have you guys some working solution for that? (I mean different that Adding for example button for handle it ;) )

Maybe, there is a way to disable resizing on double click. I found this.
