how to Change Stacked Bar Chart horizontally to vertical

I see the following 2 charts:

2. https://examples2.ext.net/#/Chart/Bar/Grouped/

Both of them are reflecting the data horizontally. However, I require this data to be reflected vertically.

Would appreciate your assistance.
